Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Undaunted! We do all that we can to ensure that you absolutely love your purchase(s). However, in the case that you are not completely satisfied you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Once your item(s) are received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. All exchanges and purchases made with store credit are final sale. Please notify us via email at shopundaunted@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for return prior to mailing items back.

 

What items are eligible for a return?

Most apparel items are eligible for a return provided that they are in original condition, have no signs of wear, and are free of any damages and/or odor (this includes fragrances/perfume). 

 

The following items are excluded and not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear 
  • Items marked final sale
  • Bodysuits 
  • Jewelry
  • Items with deodorant marks, odor, and signs of wear
  • Items discounted at 30% or more

We reserve the right to deny any items received that do not fall under this policy. Denied returns will be returned back to you.

 

Store Credit 

Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a promo code specific to you in the dollar amount eligible for return. Please note that items purchased with a store credit are final sale. 

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
